As a Project Manager, working at 1200MW Matarbari Ultra Super Critical Coal-Fired Power Project, Matarbari, Moheskhali, Cox’sbazar, I’m fully responsible for each activity of this project under Daruma Builders and Engineering Ltd. Client: POC- Penta Ocean Construction Company Ltd. and POSCO Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. 

I have total 7 years more job experiences and good at Constructions, Structural Design, Project Supervision, Project Management, Review of drawings, Proposals, Method Statements, Risk Management, Tender Submission, Tender review etc. 

My current job responsibilities are stated below

#Business plan, Project Charter Preparation, Stakeholder selection, baseline evaluation, project scope, setup all deliverables, resources, cost, budget, and risk analysis. 

#Resource plan, communication plan, procurement plan and financial plan 

#Project team development, activity plan, managing project execution, conduction daily progress meeting as well weekly management meeting and monthly management committee meeting. 

#Quality assurance and checking all the deliverables, Project execution by supporting team members, monitoring and controlling, measurement of achievements against actual planning at initial stage, tracking of effort of each team members and cost under the limit or not, and overall project performance evaluation.

#All equipment and machinery when breakdown that time give quick decision to make run and avoid long time breakdown.

#All documentation, bill preparation by smooth coordination with supporting team members and checking the bill and keeping all the bill record for future evaluation. 

#Maintain Each activity Closing time checking each activity wise Project closer checklist. 

#Monitoring all the team daily activity and review their report. 

#Overall working as positive decision maker to make more profit for company
