As part of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program’s 2024 cohort, LEAD Academy, a leading ed-tech platform in Bangladesh, embarked on their transformation journey with an enlightening T-Studio learning session on March 6.

The day-long event was held at the serene venue of Krishibari Agro Park, featuring multiple engaging activities. Srikanth Sridharan, the Business Transformation Advisor of Stanford Institute for Innovation in Developing Economies (Stanford Seed), conducted the prolific session. Alongside reflecting core company values, the session also explored organizational strengths and weaknesses and brainstormed ideas for the upcoming years of LEAD Academy. The young and highly ambitious team was appreciated by the advisor at the end, with optimistic expectations for LEAD Academy to flourish further.

T-Studio, or Transformation Studio, is the application period of every stage of STP’s learnings. Beginning in January, Part 1 of the program focuses on building Organizational Strategy, Leadership and Team Building, Product Strategy, Business Model Canvas, and more.
